Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor/Executive

A lease extension/enfranchisement lawyer is required within a South West London based Legal 500 practice. Work will centre around lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement, so it is vital you have direct experience within these areas.

You will manage a full caseload autonomously sitting within the wider London and Surrey based property team, reporting to a senior Partner when necessary. You will be confident in managing all aspects of leasehold enfranchisement work, including contentious work.

It is suggested you have over 2 years' PQE and be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.

There’s an excellent flow of work from other offices so this provides a great opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking for progression, recognition or a greater amount of autonomy.
