QED are currently working closely with a nationwide Am Law 50 firm seeking to bolster their nationally ranked Tier 1 Labour and Employment team. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years experience in this field, with a thorough knowledge of traditional labor law, including, but not limited to, prior first or second chair experience in labor arbitrations, prosecuting and defending unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board, collective bargaining, and union avoidance.
