Paralegal Required - Newcastle upon Tyne  A vacancy has arisen for a Paralegal within the Housing team of a leading North East firm in Newcastle.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join their infrastructure team. The successful applicant will manage their own caseload of infrastructure matters from receipt of instructions to completion. They will be responsible for:

• reviewing and investigating title;
• reviewing, drafting and negotiating infrastructure documentation;
• preparing reports;
• corresponding with clients and other parties;
• attending to the execution and completion of infrastructure documentation.

The successful applicant will be self-motivated, confident and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills to ensure that they effectively prioritise and meet deadlines, which demonstrating strong attention to detail.  They will be a good communicator, focused on delivering excellent customer service and demonstrate IT proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and case management systems.

This is a rare opportunity as my client is willing to consider any level of experience, including those with no experience looking for their first role.
