Happy to cross train private practice recruiters, recruiters from other disciplines or graduates interested in placing senior legal candidates in roles with leading businesses across the UK
The role will be focused on developing relationships with a broad range of firms across the UK, from fin-tech and high growth start ups to major blue-chip plc's, in order to get an understanding as to what they need to recruit into their legal, compliance and data protection teams. Delivery is key and you will be managing a small number of selected vacancies and conducting a proper executive search of the market to identify and approach key individuals and guide them through the recruitment process.
