An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an HR Assistant to join a thriving organisation. If you are passionate about human resources, committed to fostering positive workplace environments, and hold a CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification, this is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive HR team.

Responsibilities:

As an HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
 

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews.
  • Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handling employee inquiries and providing timely and effective support.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive work culture.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:
 

  • CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in an HR role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
