QED Legal is looking to appoint an experienced file handler to an award-winning housing disrepair law firm based in Manchester. This is a highly regarded housing disrepair firm, multiple offices across the northwest.

The Role

• Handle a caseload of housing disrepair claims
• Landlord to tenant disputes
• Handle litigated, complex disrepair cases

Referring to Landlord and Tenant Act 1985

• Collect evidence, witness statements and court hearings

For this role, we are looking for an experienced file handler to join the Manchester office.
To be considered, you must have experience as a file handler at a law firm, as well as a background and ability to run a caseload of housing disrepair matters.
