Fantastic opportunity for a Healthcare / Court of Protection / Inquests Lawyer to join this Top 100 practice based in Manchester city centre. This firm are seeking an NQ - 4 Year PQE Solicitor to manage their own caseload whilst working with Legal 500 listed Partners. 

The role will primarily involve dealing with Court of Protection, health law advice and inquests as well as other health sector related work. The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with Court of Protection, Information Governance or Mental Capacity Act during their training contract or as a Solicitor. Additional experience of working with the NHS as well as having inquest advocacy experience would be ideal. 

You will be joining a department of 20 Healthcare lawyers that advise NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical defence organisations and have specialisms dealing with issues of consent and capacity as well as the interface between mental capacity and mental health law.

Salary expectations for this role will be in the £48,000 - £60,000 for a Associate due to the PQE level being considered.
