Head of Employment Department - Norwich

A Solicitors practice with a top rate reputation throughout the Norfolk area is looking to recruit a Senior Lawyer to head up their employment law team.

The team deals with a mix of contentious and non contentious employment law matters on behalf of employer and employee clients across a range of sectors. 

The successful candidate will be tasked with dealing with a caseload of matters alongside heading up a small team of specialist employment lawyers currently within the department.  

There are ambitions to continue to grow the employment law offering of the firm and so, working alongside the partners, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing the employment law team. 

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but will be very competitive. This will be part of a strong overall package including private healthcare and a host of health and wellbeing initiatives within a firm who truly invest and look after their people.

This role may be of interest to those currently heading up a team looking for a laternal move or alternatively people with some supervisory/mentoiring experience looking to make the step up to a head of role.
