Title: Head of Commercial Property
Location: Liverpool 
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 

I am working with a well-established law firm located in Liverpool, with a successful and growing Commercial Property Department. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to head the department and drive its continued growth. This role will involve collaboration, team building, and cross-marketing, and you will be responsible for building strong relationships with both new and existing clients while handling a range of commercial property matters.

They are looking for a qualified solicitor or lawyer with at least 4 years of commercial property experience gained at a reputable law firm. The successful candidate will be proficient in commercial property law, including commercial conveyancing, leasing, secured lending, and development agreements. They value strong communication, analytic, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A keen eye for detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances are essential.
