Graduate Opportunity in a Law Firm - Norwich

A well established and expanding solicitors practice is looking for ambitious graduates, college or school leaveer who might be interested in positions within their residential property team,

This is an excellent opportunity for a someone to join a firm with an established presence in Norwich that continues to go from strength to strength and progress your career within the legal sector.

On the job training will be given and you will be fully supported by a friendly and supportive team which will aid you in your development.

It is not necessary to have a law degree to be considered for this role (although this would be particularly desirable) ,those with backgrounds in all academic subjects are welcome to apply.

The initial role will be as a residential conveyancing assistant whereby you will be asked to assist the team with their caseload of property sales and purchases as well as helping with other property related matters as such as remortages, selling plots of land, leases and transferring ownership of properties.

You will be able to develop a good understanding of the conveyancing process and as your knowledge, confidence and experience grows in terms of the process, dealing with the documents involved and talking to clients, other solicitors firms and estate agents will have the opportunity to build up to handling your own caseload of matters (under supervision and support) and gain internal promotions which in turn will bring about increase salaries.

The salaries for staff within this firm is regularly reviewed in a fair way who aim to encourage and reward the progression of their staff. So as you develop in your role your salary will increase accordingly and it is possible to see steep rises of salary within a relatively short space of time as this is a firm that likes to share their success with their staff.

This is not the type of organisation where you will have to wait for your yearly appraisals for your wage to be reviewed  only to see minimal increases. If you come in and work hard and do well you can climb up the salary scale quickly.

If you are a graduate looking for a role which will give you a good grounding in the legal sector setting you up for a future career in law please get in touch or apply ASAP.
