The Role

• Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing files
• Freehold, leasehold and purchases
• Property transactions, sales and remortgages
• Full understanding of residential conveyancing process
• Paralegal support on this caseload

For this vacancy, we are looking for an experienced solicitor to fee earner who has a strong background in residential conveyancing. If you can handle a full conveyancing process from sales to purchases and inception to completion, we would like to hear from you.
