QED Legal is looking to appoint a residential conveyancing fee earner to a global law firm in South Manchester.

Established in 2009, this is a commercial international law firm looking to expand the residential conveyancing team.

As a fee earner, you will join the residential conveyancing department responsible for a caseload of conveyancing files.

You will handle cases from start to finish, handling 50-65 files in your caseload. This includes the full conveyancing process.  

Candidate Criteria

• 5+ Years as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Experience handling a caseload of conveyancing files
• Handle a caseload of 50+ files independently
• Paralegal assistance on the caseload
