QED Legal are on the lookout for a Senior Family Solicitor to join our client's reputable Family team, based in Essex.

The client is a well-respected law firm with years and years representing the wider Essex clients. They are ranked in the Legal 500 across most areas of law, including their Family teams.

This opportunity is ideal for somebody seeking Partnership, who already has Partnership or someone with Head of Department experience, with full reigns to kick off their Matrimonial work. 

On offer is the flexibility to work from home the majority of the week promoting worklife balance, generous holiday allowance, full reigns to take the lead and a genuinely nice team surrounding you.

Your role will consist of:

• You will work on a mixed & interesting case load of private family law including, private children proceedings, nuptial agreements, separation agreements, cohabitation disputes.
• You will be active in Business Development and gaining more business.

Your workload will consist of:

• Divorce and relationship breakdown
• Children Law
• Finances
• Domestic violence injunctions
• Pre/post Nuptial agreements
