Family Solicitor - 2+ Years PQE - Reading

My client is seeking a motivated and empathetic solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join their Family department in their Reading office.

As a successful candidate, you will have a wealth of experience in all aspects of Family Law, including financial and children matters. You should possess a passion for working with vulnerable clients and be dedicated to upholding the firm's.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a keen interest in court advocacy.
Manage caseload efficiently, following the firm's policies, and prepare and conduct cases.
Develop the caseload and build the department.
Utilise IT systems, including case management software, to manage your workload.
Attend face-to-face meetings with clients and court hearings, requiring the candidate to be local to the Reading office or within easy commute.
