A friendly and well-established law firm based in Bristol is seeking a Family Solicitor to join their growing team. Since its founding in the mid 90s, this firm have grown steadily, through repeat and referred business from existing clients and strong local relationships. Its success being due to the excellent client service, being experts in their chosen field of law, and having friendly and well-trained staff.

The firm offers legal services for family law, property purchase and sales, property remortgaging, wills, and probate. Main areas of business are conveyancing, domestic and commercial family law, and wills, trusts, and probate.

They are now seeking an experienced full-time Family Law Solicitor to join our well-established Family Law department. The successful candidate must have 3+ years PQE and be experienced in all aspects of private family law to include divorce, finances, private children law, issues arising following relationship breakdown, domestic violence, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. You must be able to manage your own caseload.

They are franchised by the Legal Aid Agency in Family Law meaning they do also take publicly funded matters.
