The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including financial and children disputes.
• Taking initial client instructions and advising on next steps.
• Drafting legal documents, including divorce petitions, financial settlement agreements, and child arrangement orders.
• Attending court hearings and liaising with Counsel where necessary.
• Actively engaging in marketing and business development, including networking and relationship building.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ PQE as a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Experience handling a broad range of private family law matters.
• Strong client care skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• A proactive and commercially aware approach to business development.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
