QED Legal are working closely with a leading Top 100 practice in Leeds who are looking to grow their personal law reach in the region.
The firm is relatively new to the Yorkshire market but has made incredible inroads in hiring senior lawyers from big name competitors over the last year or so.
The team are top tier ranked for their Family Law offering in other areas of the UK.
They are looking for a talented, and ambitious senior family (privately funded matrimonial/finance and private children) solicitor to come in and establish their presence in the Yorkshire region.
This can be Partner or Legal Director level and would be ideal for those looking to make the move from a large practice into a firm not tied up in bureaucracy, with a young Partner base (the average male and female partner age is around mid-40's), who wants a blank slate with support and time to grow a team.
Strong contacts and connections in the market is a must.
The firm is incredibly agile with hybrid working, a senior management team that is more bothered about fit than what money you can make them, and a positive reputation from those outside looking in, and those that have joined them over the last few years.
This is a genuinely rare opportunity, the likes of which don’t crop up often.

Salary really does depend on level of experience as a Partner but the firm don't penny pinch, have excellent remuneration packages including a transparent and genuinely achievable set of bonuses.
