Modern law firm with a dynamic outlook and a focus on future growth are seeking an ambitious Family Lawyer who is keen to make a mark for themselves.

This is a growing West Sussex practice that has an established family department which currently deals with referred privately funded family work from clients across the spectrum of legal matters the firm provides advice on. Being an ambitious partnership, the firm are keen to further grow the family team.  
 
The position would suit any qualified family lawyer (FCILEx / Solicitor) who is seeking responsibility and leadership opportunities, a new challenge that would see you building a department over time by actively securing new work on top of the existing referrals. This would be achieved by providing excellent client service, thus providing 'word of mouth' recommendations and more proactive marketing and networking activity to raise the firm's profile further.    
The partners will back you all the way and provide you with the support you need to make this a success. 
 
Naturally, you would consider yourself to be a very competent lawyer with enough acquired expertise to stand on your own two feet and manage a caseload of matters largely relating to divorce, financial settlement and relationship breakdown. A clear understanding in what it takes to generate work in family law and good levels of motivation to 'build something' along with the pride to be associated in gaining such achievements will see you appropriately rewarded and become a highly valued and key component of this growing firm.
