This Private Client Team has an enviable reputation and have long been regarded as one of the best in Edinburgh. 

You shall have autonomy and run your own caseload but equally will be supported by one of the Private Client Solicitors. 

It is essential you have previous experience of successfully managing your own caseload of executries and shall be able to run these from the initial ingathering through to distribution this shall include preparing the executry account and dealing with  Inheritance Tax return and other related tax matters.

This is a fee earning role and you shall be someone who is focused and able to meet/exceed fee earning targets.

This role is mostly office based but there will be the opportunity to work 1 day per week from home following a successful settling in period.
