I am working on an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join the established and highly regarded team of an internationally recognised Top 50 firm in their Birmingham office. This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the top firms in the UK, and take on some of the most high value, complex and interesting work going. 

We are looking for an experienced, organised and highly motivated individual to join the busy team and act on behalf of household names on a range of matters:

• Settlement agreements
• Redundancy
• Business re-organisations
• Unfair dismissal claims
• Equality and discrimination claims
• Absence Management
• Restrictive covenants
• Contracts, policies, and handbooks

The successful candidate will be comfortable in a board room providing advice, but also on disputes that can end in high court litigation.

This role will suit an experienced solicitor that is looking for an opportunity to continue their own development, work with some of the most experienced solicitors in the region, and take on supervisory and leadership responsibilities in the near future.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experience
