QED Legal are representing a leading law firm in Leeds City Centre who are seeking a qualified employment solicitor to join their well-established and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within an exclusively Claimant-focused environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a respected Employment Rights Team known for delivering high-quality legal services. The team specialises in representing Unions, Associations, professional bodies, and their members, as well as private clients, across various sectors such as transportation, manufacturing, education, healthcare, public service, sports, and the music industry. The role involves advising and representing clients on employment and industrial relations issues in tribunals and courts.

The Candidate

Applicants should have at least 4-5 years of PQE in the Employment sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent technical expertise gained at a reputable firm, and exceptional communication skills. A self-starting attitude and the ability to handle a diverse and demanding caseload are essential qualities for this position.
