A Legal 500, forward-thinking law firm with a modern, team-centric approach, focused on enhancing client service and fostering strong relationships, is seeking an Employment Law Solicitor to join their growing team. They combine commercial expertise with a commitment to excellence, acting as an extension of our clients' teams to help achieve their business goals. 

The Role 
The firm is seeking a lawyer to join their respected Employment team, known for advising a wide range of clients—from listed companies to growing businesses—on employment law and HR best practices. Renowned for its pragmatic and commercial approach, the team also delivers in-house training and HR support. 

Who 
You will be a solicitor with a strong interest in employment law and relevant post-qualification experience at a reputable firm.
You will have excellent analytical and drafting skills, confidence in client-facing roles, and a desire for responsibility and diverse client work, primarily employer-focused. This role suits someone interested in providing consultative employment and HR advice within a growing, dynamic team. Strong communication, technical, and IT skills are essential. 

The work spans advisory, contentious, and transactional matters, including pay structure design, workforce restructures, leadership training, TUPE transfers, and managing disciplinary and performance processes.
