EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR
BASILDON, ESSEX
£40,000 - £60,000
 
QED Legal are keen to speak with an Employment Solicitor / Lawyer with mix of contentious and non-contentious, or with some immigration and employment experience. This role is to join a well-respected and recognised top tier law firm in Basildon, Essex.
 
The ideal candidate will be a senior solicitor with a minimum of 1 years of experience up to 7 years of experience within Employment. 
 
The successful department you will join is recognised in Legal 500 for most of their sectors, including their Employment department.
 
The department is specialist on advising high quality work, namely:

• Employment contracts
• Disciplining and Dismissal employees
• Grievance procedures and hearing
• Sickness Absence
• Settlement agreements
• TUPE transfers
• Employment tribunal representation
• Data protections for employees

This firm have a good package, incldusive of a bonus scheme, flexiblle working, 25 days holiday, and other things such as cycle to work scheme, medicash plan etc.
