Description

Are you ready for the next step in your career? Perhaps you are feeling under challenged, unappreciated or just stuck where you are, with no real sign of progression for the foreseeable future.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high ranking legal 500 private practice who are known for their  pragmatic approach. They have a wide client base ranging from public sector through to private individuals. They are highly skilled and offer comprehensive employment law support covering matters such as contracts, redundancy consultation, advising on settlement agreements and employment tribunals.

This is a great opportunity to become a key player in the team and you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and progress.

It's likely you shall have a minimum of 3 years' post qualifying employment law experience and will be very comfortable advising clients and appearing for them at employment tribunal. Additionally you will be able to demonstrate competency advising on contractual matters e.g. restricted covenants, constructive and unfair dismissal claims, sickness management and have experience of working with ACAS.

You will be someone who is commercially astute, very driven and client focused and have exceptional communication skills.

In addition to a competitive salary, there is a discretionary bonus scheme, generous annual leave entitlement and some hybrid working following a successful settling in period.
