Job: Employers Liability Fee Earner – Legal 500 – Hybrid Working
This leading UK Legal 500 claimant personal injury based in Manchester are seeking an experienced Employers Liability Fee Earner to work with Senior Solicitors and manage your own caseload. You will be assisting a caseload of predominantly Fast-Track Employers Liability claims however there will be the opportunity to deal with some Multi-Track work as well. There is a fully litigated caseload in place so prior experience of litigation will be required and you will have ideally ran your own caseload as you will be expected to deal with files of a complex nature. Preferably you will have gained at least 2 years' of managing an EL/PL caseload.
