You’ll bring at least 5 years’ experience in commercial property law, ideally with exposure to development projects (although this isn’t essential). Strong communication skills and the ability to build and nurture client relationships are central to this role.

Day to day, you’ll handle a broad caseload of complex property transactions, advising clients throughout the acquisition, disposal, and development process. You’ll be a trusted adviser on strategic and commercial issues, helping clients to structure and negotiate tailored agreements that deliver their commercial goals.
