Description

Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Hampshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 (depending on experience)

Our client is a well-established law firm with over a century of history, known for building strong, long-term relationships with clients and delivering high-quality legal services.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their busy and growing team. This is a fantastic chance for a confident and proactive individual to take the next step in their career.

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload across various dispute resolution matters, offering clear and practical legal advice to clients. The role will include landlord and tenant disputes (both residential and commercial), contentious probate, and boundary/neighbour disputes. You will also be expected to build strong client relationships and ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ PQE in dispute resolution. A grounding in contentious probate and commercial litigation would be an advantage. You should be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, and possess strong communication skills to liaise professionally with clients and third parties. A proactive, team focused approach is essential, alongside the ability to work independently when required.

Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm).

What’s on Offer?
A competitive salary based on experience, a contributory pension, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service, client referral incentives, and additional Christmas leave. Employees benefit from discounted legal services, an extended sickness policy, free sight tests, life assurance, a health cash plan, and discounted gym membership. The firm also offers long-service recognition rewards and regular team events.

This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded firm that values its employees and offers strong career progression.
