Dispute Resolution Solicitor NQ+ Farnborough/Fleet

A Legal 500 firm are looking for an NQ - 1 year PQE to join their busy Dispute Resolution team and work closely alongside the contested probate department. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of work in a very talented and well respected team.

The department acts for a broad variety of clients including commercial bodies and private individuals and are currently acting on a number of high profile disputes. Areas of expertise include shareholder and partnership disputes, property litigation and contentious probate. 

The successful candidate will be versatile, and have experience of liaising with clients and counsel directly and preferable have undertaken a seat in Dispute Resolution. You will need to be able to work as part of a team in complex matters with a large number of documents and also to be able to manage your own caseload. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of Dispute Resolution work in a leading team.
