• Boundary and Neighbour disputes
• ADR
• Commercial Property disputes
• Consumer and Contract disputes
• Debt collection
• Defamation and Slander
• Director, Partnership & Shareholder Disputes
• Insurance Disputes
• Landlord and Tenant Disputes / Property Possession Claims
• Settlement Agreements

The successful candidate will show a willingness to engage in business development and networking opportunities whilst also playing a key role in the supervision of more junior colleagues. Salary: £42000 - £48000 depending on experience
