Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive
Location: Newcastle Based
PQE: NQ+ 

Are you an ambitious Solicitor or FCILEx seeking a rewarding career? QED Legal are excited to be working with a leading Commercial Litigation team on the look out for someone to join their growing team. 

About the Team and Role:
The team comprises experienced lawyers skilled in all areas of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, property litigation, commercial and residential tenancy disputes, consumer protection, product liability, tortious claims, volume claims, and debt recovery. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dispute resolution team whereby you will not get pigeon-holed into a single specialism. You are actively encouraged to deal with a variety of matters that interest you.

Due to the experience within the team, training and support will be provided on new area. 

Based at their Newcastle office, your duties will include:

- Acting for claimants and defendants in various commercial disputes.
- Handling volume claims for large clients.
- Ensuring clients are fully apprised of the costs and risks related to their cases.
- Promoting the firm and actively participating in business development activities.

About You:
We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or an FCILEx with prior experience in litigation.

The firm are open to those from different backgrounds of litigation experience. Ideally you will come with experience in either commercial littigation and/or property litigation.
