I have been instructed on an exciting opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive to join the development team of a boutique firm in the West Midlands.

My client are amongst the most respected property specialists in the region, and as such enjoy the flexibility and culture of a smaller business, but the quality of work of a top tier city centre firm.

The successful candidate will have at least a minimum of a years previous qualifying experience in residential development work and can expect to take on a caseload consisting of strategic legal device for a broad client base of developers relating to:

• Collaboration agreements
• Site set up
• Plot Sales
• Build contracts
• s106 agreements
• Short term and strategic options
• Partnerships

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
