You should have previous experience of working in a similar role, be commercially aware and have the ability to meet/exceed fee targets. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail, you will be tenacious and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You shall also be committed to continually update your skills and knowledge through further learning and will have a keen interest in the sector and keep up to date with best practice.
