Debt Recovery Paralegal

QED Legal are working with a Top 100 law firm in Leeds who are looking for a junior debt recovery paralegal to join their team out of the city centre.

Ideally you will have experience in dealing with commercial debt recovery work but those paralegal with 6-12 experience in other roles who have an interest in this area would potentially be considered.

Day to day includes managing a caseload of high-volume repeat instructions, assisting in telephone collection, bankruptcy and winding up petitions, along with electronic county court claims, judgment, and enforcement action.

Other responsibilities include supporting the team with scanning, photocopying and general document management as well as filing client matter records and assisting fee earners with any other matters.
