Our international client is looking for a Data Privacy Solicitor to join their fast-paced in-house legal department. This person will assist the company in matters relating to global data privacy. You will have experience leading data privacy across Europe including a strong background in Euopean GDPR management.

Based in Uxbridge this company has a hybrid working policy preferring employees to be in 2 - 3 days in the office per week.
The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong experience managing data privacy governance program across Europe
• Provide support across commercial agreements, including drafting, negotiating and reviewing in relation to e-commerce and software data privacy clauses
• Draft and advise on data processing agreements
• Provide in-house legal advice on data privacy matters across EU, UK Canada, Mexico APAC and US.
• Be a qualified solicitor ideally 3-8 years PQE

Ideally you have in-house experience.

This is an interim (Maternity cover) position, 12 month FTC. There is a hope to bring this person on board full-time post contract. A brilliant opportunity to join a market leader in their field, a company continuously growing on a global scale.
