Our international client is looking for a Data Privacy Manager to join their fast-paced in-house legal department. This person will assist the company in matters relating to global data privacy. You will have experience leading data privacy across Europe including a strong background in European GDPR management.

Based in Uxbridge this company has a hybrid working policy preferring employees to be in 2 - 3 days in the office per week.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong experience leading data privacy governance program across Europe for an in-house legal team
• Provide support across commercial agreements, including drafting, negotiating and reviewing in relation to e-commerce and software data privacy clauses.
• Provide in-house legal advice on data privacy matters across EU, UK Canada, Mexico APAC and US.
• Draft and advise on data processing agreements
• Work with business process owners to ensure correct capture of personal data
