Job: Credit Hire Litigator & Credit Hire Team Leader Roles – £5,000pa Bonus & Career Progression
A very well-established Personal Injury practice in the Merseyside area are looking to grow their offering, and have vacancies for the following:
RTA Litigation Fee Earner
Credit Hire Litigator
Credit Team Leader
The firm is offering:
Salaries up to £60,000
Great bonus scheme of up to £5,000 extra a year
In these roles will see you responsible for:
Independently handling a mid-volume caseload of largely fast-track RTA OR Credit Hire matters
Deal with cases including denied liability and causation, and deal with aspects of cases including assessing liability, quantum, and all other aspects of these cases with minimal supervision
Attend court hearings and negotiate settlements where necessary to ensure the best outcome for clients
Work within a target driven environment to try and bring in the highest profit costs possible for the firm whilst ensuring clients are looked after at all times
The firm also offers fantastic opportunities for advancement and progression, with more senior and manegement roles, only being promoted internally.
