We are looking to appoint a Credit Hire File Handler to join an established insurance team. Our firm is a certified, Legal 500 practice specialising in personal injury and a fantastic opportunity for legal professionals to join a national award-winning law firm.

For this role, we are looking for candidates who have a claimant or defendant law firm background and experience as a file handler.

The Role

• Handling a caseload of credit hire files
• Following a full litigated process
• Handling fast to multi track claims
• Drafting witness statements, court proceedings and evidence
• Handling a caseload from start to finish

To be considered, you must have experience at a law firm working as a file handler in the credit hire team or motor accident department.
