Our firm is a dynamic, certified practice specialising in personal injury. Established in 2016 and rapidly expanding across Lancashire, we are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Hire File Handler to the Blackburn office.

Candidate Criteria

• 2+ Years in Credit Hire
• Handling a caseload of files
• Small to fast-track files
• MOJ/OIC Portal claims
• Multi track files (desirable)
• Litigation (desirable)

As a Credit Hire File Handler, you are responsible for a caseload of claimant credit hire files ranging from small claims to fast track. Depending on your background, these claims can reach to multi track and can be a fully litigated caseload.

You will utilise the MOJ/OIC Portal, collect witness statements and court evidence and liaise with third party clients to support your caseload. The files will involve credit hire and RTA matters.
