I have a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional that has recently qualified to join the Court of Protection team of one of the best regarded firms in the Midlands.
My client, based in Warwick, are looking for an NQ Solicitor or Legal Executive to work on an active caseload under the supervision of a highly experienced and knowledgeable solicitor.

We are looking for an ambitious, friendly and client focussed individual who will focus not only on their existing caseload, but will be actively looking to learn from the experienced individuals around them.

The successful candidate will be able to:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, the Mental Capacity Code of Practice and the Court of Protection Rules
• Work well within a closely knit team whilst also being able to take initiative and work individually when required
• Possess an understanding of legal aid matters

Salary: £38000-£44000
