Location: Southampton | Hybrid Working
£60,000 - £75,000 DOE
 

My client, a national law firm with a strong reputation, is looking for a Corporate Lawyer (4-7 PQE) to join their well-regarded Corporate & Commercial team in Southampton. Key Responsibilities
• Leading and assisting on M&A transactions and corporate finance matters
• Advising private companies and their owners on a range of corporate structuring issues
• Managing client relationships and taking an active role in business development
• Working closely with colleagues across multiple offices to deliver high quality legal services
• Ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures

Candidate Requirements
• 4-7 years’ PQE in corporate law, with experience leading and assisting on transactions
• Strong technical skills in M&A, corporate finance and general corporate matters
• Excellent client management and business development skills
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
