I am working with a Top 100 firm on an incredibly exciting opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join the highly regarded department in their Birmingham office. 

My client are looking for an ambitious solicitor with experience working on general corporate matters within the healthcare industry to join the niche team as it looks to expand and further cement its place as one of the go-to firms for high value and complex matters within the healthcare sector.

The successful candidate will:

• Take on a caseload of complex M&A matters within the healthcare sector
• Possess a working familiarity of the technology and life sciences sectors
• Focus on their own progression as the team looks to expand, whilst also aiding and mentoring more junior employees
• Show a willingness to engage in marketing, business development and networking activities

My client are looking for someone with 4 years PQE within a well regarded corporate department who is eager to become a specialist within a growing area of law. Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and the desire to develop and eventually step into a position of leadership is likewise crucial.

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 depending on experience
Flexible working arrangements available.
