Your caseload will include:

• All areas of business law, leading on transactional corporate work
• Complex group re-organisations
• Shareholder agreements
• General corporate advisory

Applicants should possess the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years’ experience working in corporate law within a law firm or in house
• Proficient IT skills
• Strong initiative with excellent time and workload management abilities
• Outstanding communication skills, with a focus on promoting the team and firm both internally and externally
• A proactive approach to learning, career development, and personal growth
