Corporate Solicitor - 2PQE+ - Farnborough

This full service commercial firm which is growing extremely fast is seeking to expand its Corporate/Commercial team. With ambitious plans for growth, the firm are looking to take on an additional Corporate solicitor to join their new Farnborough office. The firms Corporate & Commercial Department is listed in the Legal 500 for the Thames Valley and is expected to continue to grow. 

Ideally you will have excellent drafting skills and a well-rounded knowledge of corporate law along with experience of M&A work. 

This position would suits someone with rounded academic qualifications and solid corporate law experience gained at a Legal 500 / Chambers ranked firm or as part of an equivalent in house legal team.

Ideally you will have 2 - 3 years relevant PQE, but the firm are happy to consider applications from all candidates who can demonstrate the skills needed to perform the role.
