Leading legal 500 private practice with an impressive and diverse client base are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Solicitor/Associate to join its widely respected Corporate Team.

The team is led by a highly experienced and respected Partner who is always looking at innovative ways to improve processes for the better both from a clients point of view and for the team, making them slicker, faster and ahead of the curve.

You will work on matters such as Mergers & Acquisitions, IP and Data Privacy, Commercial Contracts and Investment funding.

You will have an exciting client base ranging from food and drink through to the tech sector. 

It is likely you shall have a minimum of 3 years' relevant corporate/commercial law experience, be commercially astute, be open to embracing new technology within the legal sector and have exceptional business development and networking skills.
