Our 2022 award winning client has an international reach and the team works collaboratively with international teams in their offices in Europe, Central America, China and the USA. They are seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience to join the Corporate Group (70+ lawyers locally and 110+ globally) based in their Dallas office. Experience should include mergers and acquisitions, IPO’s, private equity, corporate finance and general corporate law. Candidates should have top academic credentials and should enjoy working with others in a team-setting, Prior work experience at an AmLaw 100 Firm is preferred.

They close out around $10bn worth of mid market deals annually and recent matters have included a $30m Pharmaceutical firm acquisition and a $25m disposal of a cloud technology company.
