I am working on an exciting opportunity for a corporate and commercial solicitor to join one of the most established practices across the West Midlands. My client are looking for a corporate and commercial solicitor to take on a varied caseload and play a key role in the growth of the highly rated department.

My client are looking for someone who is capable of handling their own caseload whilst still being eager to learn and develop from some of the most experienced and knowledgeable lawyers in the region.

The typical caseload will consist of:

• Sal and purchase of businesses
• Share and asset purchases
• Shareholder and partnership agreements
• Share reorganisations
• Terms and conditions
• Range of commercial and employment contracts

This is an opportunity to take on responsibility over a varied caseload and an excellent chance to develop quickly in a notoriously difficult area of law to develop through variety of work.

Salary: £45000 - £55000 depending on experienced
