Our client is a leading regional law firm and is regularly ranked highly by the Legal 500 and Chambers. A new role has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their high regarded commercial department.

The team covers the full remit of commercial law and you will be working autonomously albeit within a very collaborative team. The work will involve: -

• Acquisitions
• Disposals
• Takeovers
• Mergers
• Company Restructuring
• Shareholder Agreements
