I am working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join the Birmingham office of a top 200 firm and take on an existing and varied caseload of Corporate / Commercial matters, and take on a leading role in the department.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced solicitor that is ready to take the step into Partnership either immediately or in the near future. My client are looking for an energetic, passionate individual with strong leadership skills who can take on not just a caseload, but is also keen and willing to take part in business development activities, supervise junior solicitors and play a role in the strategy and planning of the wider Corporate / Commercial department.

The successful candidate can expect to work on a caseload consisting of:

• Acquisitions and Disposals
• Management buy-outs
• Joint ventures
• Franchises
• Company formation and restructuring
• Partnerships
• Funding and Security
• Shareholder / investor agreements
• Agency and distribution agreements
• Demergers

Salary: £80,000-£95,000 depending on experience
Hybrid / flexible working available
