Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - Norwich

Full or part time hours considered.

An opportunity has come up for a Corporate & Commercial lawyer (upwards of 3 years PQE)  to join a legal 500 listed legal practice in Norwich. 

The role would involve working alongside the partner in the department dealing with a broad range of Corporate & Commercial matters including things such as Mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, corporate finance, partnership law and a range of commercial agreements/contracts.
