QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Assistant, to join our well-respected client in Enfield, London.

We are looking for someone with experience directly assisting resi fee earners and wanting someone to join their friendly and established residential team. 

The type of residential transactions you should have experience assisting on are:

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity
